Sales Processor & Administrator – Service & Maintenance Team
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive administrator to join our client's Service & Maintenance Team. This role involves working closely with the service team to process customer orders, manage CRM data, handle GRs, and generate basic non-technical quotations. The role is fast-paced and requires the ability to multitask, respond to urgent issues, and work to tight deadlines to ensure our customers remain happy.
Key Duties and Responsibilities of this Sales Processor & Administrator role:
Process customer orders accurately in the CRM system.
Handle Goods Receipts (GRs) and generate basic, non-technical quotations.
Support the Service & Maintenance team with general administrative tasks as required.
Maintain accuracy and attention to detail under tight timelines.
React flexibly to urgent issues or changes in workload.
Assist with general office duties to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service.Skills and Experience Required for this Sales Processor & Administrator role:
Previous experience working in a service team environment.
Proficient with CRM systems and data entry.
Strong keyboard skills and attention to detail.
Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
Flexible and proactive approach to work.

Salary: £26,000.
Full-time, office-based role.
30 days holiday including statutory (rising to 33 days after 1 year).
