Support the Team Manager with leadership, oversight, and day-to-day management
Provide high-quality supervision to social workers and promote reflective practice
Deputise for the Team Manager as required, including chairing meetings
Contribute to quality assurance, performance management, and staff development
Work collaboratively with partners to improve outcomes for children and families
Play a key role in delivering the objectives of the Assistant Team Manager – Kinship and Post Order Support TeamRequirements
Qualified Social Worker with Social Work England registration
Substantial post-qualifying experience within statutory children’s services
Proven experience of supervising and supporting social workers
Strong knowledge of safeguarding, legislation, and statutory guidance
