Trainee Sales Assistant – No Experience Needed (Full Training Provided)

Pay Rate: £12.60 per hour
Hours: Monday–Thursday 8:30am–5:00pm, Friday 6:00am–2:30pm (40 hours per week)
Start Date: ASAP
Contract Type: Temporary to Permanent

About the Role
Making outbound calls to potential clients (cold calling).
Handling inbound customer enquiries in a professional manner.
Building rapport with clients and maintaining strong working relationships.
Using basic Microsoft software for data entry and communication.
Working closely with the sales team to support day-to-day operations.
What We’re Looking For
A friendly, confident telephone manner.
Good communication and organisation skills.
Basic Microsoft Office knowledge (Word, Excel, Outlook).
A willingness to learn and develop within a sales environment.
