Role Details:

Location: Enfield

Working pattern: 5 days in the office (Monday – Friday)

Hours: 8:00am – 5:00pm (1-hour lunch break)

Salary: £27,000 per annum
Main Responsibilities:

Organising and assisting with the planning of work for the operational team

Answering and managing incoming calls
-
Handling email enquiries
-
Diary management
-
Providing all aspects of administrative support to the business

Updating the client portal
-
Active involvement in supporting the quality management system

Scanning paperwork and updating the in-house system
Key Requirements:

Previous administration experience (essential)

Strong organisational and communication skills
-
Confident using office systems and email
