Labourer/ Traffic Marshall – NPORS or CPCS

£16 per hour
Long-term project – running until February 2027
We are currently recruiting an NPORS or CPCS Banksman / Traffic Marshall for a long-term project in Cardiff.
Role duties include:
Banking plant and deliveries
Taking deliveries on site
Managing exclusion zones
General housekeeping duties
Maintaining site signage
Clear communication with plant operators and site team
Requirements:
Valid NPORS or CPCS Banksman / Traffic Marshall ticket
Good communication skills
Previous site experience preferred
Reliable and punctual
Working Pattern (site operating hours):
This project operates on a 12-day fortnight, as follows:
Week 1
Monday: 08:00 – 18:00
Tuesday / Wednesday / Thursday: 08:00 – 19:00
Friday: 08:00 – 12:00
Week 2
Monday: 08:00 – 18:00
Tuesday / Wednesday / Thursday: 08:00 – 19:00
Friday: 08:00 – 18:00
Saturday: 08:00 – 17:00
Sunday: 08:00 – 17:00
