School term-time only | Monday to Friday 8:30am–3:30pm

We are working with a supportive school in Finchley who are looking for a dedicated SEN Support Worker to support pupils with additional needs on a 1:1 or small group basis.
The Role

Supporting pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN) such as autism, ADHD, and social/emotional needs

Working closely with class teachers and the SENCO

Providing emotional, academic, and behavioural support

Helping pupils stay engaged, regulated, and confident in the classroom

Full-time, term-time only (ideal work–life balance)

Psychology, Criminology, or Education Graduate

Anyone with experience supporting vulnerable children or adults
No previous school experience required – training and support provided.
