Executive Assistant to the CFO

Hybrid, 3 days on site, 2 days at home
Our Client is recruiting an Executive Assistant to provide dedicated support to the Chief Financial Officer. The post is fast paced, requires initiative and discretion, and offers development.
Responsibilities
Manage the CFO’s calendar, prioritise commitments and resolve diary conflicts
Act as first point of contact for internal and external enquiries; manage incoming email and correspondence
Organise complex travel and itineraries, including international arrangements where required
Prepare briefing notes, meeting packs, presentations and reports for senior meetings and board updates
Coordinate logistics for meetings and events (rooms, catering, materials, set‑up/clear‑down)
Provide administrative support to finance, IT and HR leadership; liaise with internal teams and external suppliers
Maintain procurement and ordering processes (ensuring PO reference details are provided)
Support campus activities, community and charity initiatives as required
Own ad hoc projects and process improvements, working autonomously and proactivelyEssential skills & experience
Proven experience managing complex diaries and organising travel for senior leaders
Strong written and verbal communication skills and high attention to detail
Excellent organisational and time‑management abilities; able to prioritise under pressure
Confident user of MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
Proven discretion and professional integrity when handling confidential matters
Comfortable working autonomously and adapting to evolving priorities across multiple teams
