As our Senior Sales Administrator, you will play a key role in providing high‑quality administrative, organisational and operational support across our sales, engagement and bid functions. You’ll help keep our processes running smoothly, ensuring information is accurate, activities are well coordinated and the team is set up for success.
In this role, you’ll work closely with the Head of Solutions Design, Sales team, Account Directors and senior leaders across the business. You’ll support a wide range of activities including CRM management, reporting, event logistics, document preparation and scheduling.

Key Responsibilities
Client & Sales Support Administration

Conduct structured research and client profiling to support the sales team and prepare engagement summaries.

Maintain accurate engagement tracking, logging all activity, outcomes, and updates within HubSpot and internal trackers.

Oversee lead hygiene and CRM data quality, ensuring completeness and consistency across all sales records.

Perform routine HubSpot cleansing and generate weekly/monthly performance and engagement reports.
Event & Logistics Coordination

Coordinate administrative logistics for client, internal, and industry events (not including content creation).
This includes: bookings, schedules, guest lists, travel arrangements, and post‑event reporting.

Attend UK-wide events when required as part of supporting delivery.
Communications & Scheduling

Prepare routine communications, meeting packs, documents, and templates to support team operations.

Manage diary coordination, scheduling meetings and aligning availability across multiple teams.
Administrative Excellence & Workflow Management

Use AI tools to support routine or repetitive data/administrative tasks to enhance efficiency.

Maintain and organise the bid library and reference data, ensuring documentation is accurate and easily accessible.

Provide structured administrative support across bid and engagement workflows, ensuring timelines and actions remain on track.
Monitoring & Reporting

Submit and track FOIA requests, logging responses and maintaining CRM records.

Support marketing campaign administration, monitoring HubSpot engagement and preparing follow‑up tasks.

Conduct contract monitoring, tracking contract end dates and arranging initial client follow‑up meetings.
