The Opportunity
An ambitious and growing international business is looking to appoint a Sales and Customer Experience Manager to lead and scale its customer-facing operations.
This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives on driving sales performance while delivering exceptional customer experiences. You’ll take ownership of a small but growing customer service and experience team, shape processes and systems, and play a key role in the next phase of business growth.
What You’ll Be Doing

Leading, coaching, and developing a customer service / customer experience team (initially 2–3 people, with growth planned)

Driving sales performance while maintaining outstanding service standards

Owning and optimising CRM and customer support platforms (Zendesk or similar)

Acting as the escalation point for complex customer and commercial issues

Analysing customer data and feedback to improve service delivery and identify sales opportunities

Working cross-functionally with senior stakeholders to align customer experience and commercial strategy

Setting, tracking, and improving KPIs related to customer satisfaction and sales performance

Supporting system improvements, process development, and scalability

Representing the business with customers and partners, including occasional international travel
What We’re Looking For

Proven experience managing people within sales, customer service, or customer experience environments

A strong commercial mindset with a track record of driving sales growth

Hands-on experience with Zendesk or confidence working with other CRMs or ERPs

A proactive, solutions-focused approach with the ability to lead from the front

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment

Willingness and flexibility to travel internationally when required
