Our client, a property-based organisation, is looking to recruit an Administrator to support their day-to-day operations. This role is primarily focused on property-related administration, including the handling of council tax and compliance-related bills across multiple properties and schemes.
Key Responsibilities

Processing and managing property-related invoices and bills, including council tax and compliance costs

Allocating charges accurately across different properties and schemes

Liaising with local councils and external bodies when required

Maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems

Supporting compliance administration and documentation

Providing general administrative support to the wider team
The Ideal Candidate

Previous experience in an administrative role

Strong organisational and time-management skills

Comfortable working with financial paperwork and invoices

Good attention to detail and accuracy

Confident communicator with good IT skills

Property or housing experience would be an advantage, but is not essential
