A growing engineering company is seeking a Part Time Sales Administrator to join their established team near Maldon. This role will support their sales department within a motivated professional environment that maintains a friendly culture.
The successful candidate will be working around 25 hours per week, ideally spread across Monday to Friday, however some flexibility will be considered. Salary will be circa £28,000 pro rata'd.

Own transport required due to locationKey Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to Sales Managers and Service Engineers
Conduct market research to identify new projects and customer opportunities
Manage data entry and process quotes within the ERP system
Coordinate project folders including technical data packs and drawings
Provide excellent customer service, and support with warranty claims
Monitor project progress to ensure deadlines are metExperience Needed:
Proven experience within an administrative support function
Ideally have admin experience within a technical or engineering company
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Ability to work methodically through complex tasks
Highly motivated with a proactive approach to problem solving
