Receptionist - Property Rental Department

Our client is looking for an organised and confident Receptionist to join their fast-paced Rentals Department. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys a varied role, thrives under pressure and takes pride in delivering outstanding service to both clients and tenants.
As the first point of contact for the department, the role involves handling incoming calls, managing the property viewing diary, coordinating appointments and ensuring all details are accurately recorded on the CRM system. The position also supports the lettings process from initial enquiries through to tenancy completion, including liaising with landlords, tenants, contractors and internal teams.
Responsibilities include confirming viewings, gathering feedback, assisting with applications, progressing holding deposits and references, preparing tenancy documentation and ensuring all paperwork is issued correctly once a tenancy has commenced. Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to prioritise workload are essential.
