About the Role:
Our client is seeking an experienced Site Manager to deliver high-end retail projects across the UK. This is a permanent, nationwide role suited to a driven professional who is comfortable working on prestigious schemes and travelling regularly to site locations.
You will be responsible for the safe, timely, and high-quality delivery of retail projects, working closely with clients, subcontractors, and the wider project team to maintain our client's high standards.
About You:

Proven experience as a Site Manager within high-end retail construction

Strong understanding of quality finishes and client-facing environments

Willing and able to travel nationwide and work away from home when required

Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills

Strong commitment to health and safety best practice

Relevant construction qualifications (e.g. SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid)
