Office Administrator - £30,000 - £32,000 | West Byfleet | Full-Time, Permanent
An established and growing company in Addlestone is looking for an Office Administrator to join its team. This is a varied role combining telephone enquiries, admin support and report proofreading - ideal for someone organised, detail-focused and confident with IT.
Key responsibilities
Handling telephone enquiries and day-to-day customer queries
Supporting the wider team with general administration and documentation
Proofreading and quality-checking external reports
Escalating issues where appropriate and keeping records up to date
What we’re looking for
Experience in customer service and/or administration
Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach
Confident communication skills (written and verbal)
Good IT skills and the ability to learn internal systems quickly
Able to prioritise and manage a varied workload
Salary
£30,000 - £32,000 depending on experience
