Job Title: Warehouse Team Leader
Salary: £28,000 – £32,000 per annum
Location: Dartford
Integral Staff are proud to be supporting a well-established warehousing business in their search for an experienced and motivated Warehouse Team Leader to join their team based in Dartford. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong leadership skills and a hands-on approach who is looking to take the next step in their logistics career.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead, motivate and support a team of warehouse operatives to achieve daily operational targets

Oversee the accurate picking, packing, loading and dispatch of goods

Ensure all warehouse procedures are followed in line with company standards

Maintain high levels of health & safety and ensure compliance across the team

Assist with stock control, inventory checks and reporting

Provide training and guidance to new and existing staff

Work closely with supervisors and managers to improve processes and workflow efficiency
Requirements:

Previous experience in a Team Leader or Senior Operative role within a warehouse environment

Strong communication and organisational skills

Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage shifting priorities

Good understanding of warehouse operations, health & safety and stock control

Positive leadership style with the ability to motivate a team

Forklift licence desirable but not essential
