Job Title: School Receptionist & Administrator

Salary: £17 per hour PAYE
About the Role:
We are working with a friendly and established school in West London who are seeking an experienced School Receptionist & Administrator to join their front office team. This full-time role is based on-site, working 8am–4pm, Monday to Friday. School office experience and an Enhanced DBS are essential. MIS experience (SIMS, Arbor, Bromcom) is beneficial.
Key Responsibilities:

Greeting and signing in visitors, parents and students

Answering phone calls, managing emails and responding to enquiries

Preparing letters, documents and supporting general admin duties

Maintaining accurate school records and updating MIS systems

Assisting with attendance monitoring and daily office coordination

Ensuring safeguarding procedures are followed at all times
Requirements:

Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)

Previous administrative or reception experience within a UK school

Strong organisational and multitasking skills

Confident communication and a professional, friendly manner

Good IT skills and familiarity with school MIS systems
