Executive Assistant Required in West Midlands - Construction Main Contractor
We are recruiting an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to the Managing Directors of a leading construction main contractor. This is a pivotal role within the business, requiring professionalism, discretion, and strong organisational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Full diary management for multiple Managing Directors
Coordinating meetings, site visits, and travel arrangements
Preparing reports, presentations, and board documentation
Acting as a key liaison between senior leadership, project teams, and external stakeholders
Managing confidential and commercially sensitive information
Supporting wider business and operational priorities as required
About You:
Proven experience supporting senior leadership, ideally within construction or a similar fast-paced industry
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
Strong communication skills and confidence dealing with senior stakeholders
Proactive, adaptable, and able to manage competing priorities
Discreet and professional at all times
