Connect Appointments is working with a well-established and growing supplier based in the Kinross area, who is looking to recruit a Sales & Administration Assistant to join their friendly and busy team. This role would suit an organised, customer-focused individual looking for a long-term opportunity.

Summer rota involving Saturday morning work
Training provided where requiredWorking as a Sales & Administration Assistant, your responsibilities include, but aren't limited to:
Handling incoming telephone calls and enquiries from new and existing customers
Acting as a professional first point of contact for customers
Raising quotes and invoices using Xero Accounting Software (training available)
Supporting day-to-day administrative dutiesTo be successful in this role, you will have previous experience in sales, administration, or customer service (minimum 1 year preferred). Combined with the following skills, traits and experience:
Strong organisational and communication skills
Confident using Microsoft Word and Excel
Knowledge of a trade, supply, or customer-facing environment would be beneficial but not essential
