Job Title: Finance Assistant (Sales & Purchase Ledger)

Monday - Friday 08:00 - 16:30
About the Role
We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a Finance Assistant to support both sales and purchase ledger functions during a key period of growth and integration of new contracts. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong attention to detail and excellent data entry skills to join a dynamic and supportive finance team.
Key Responsibilities
Accurately process sales and purchase ledger transactions
Match invoices to purchase orders and verify details
Maintain and update customer and supplier accounts
Assist with data entry and general finance administration
Basic Credit Control duties
Support the team during the integration of new contracts
Liaise with internal departments to resolve queries promptly

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Strong data entry and organisational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proactive and flexible approach to work
Experience with SAGE or similar finance systems
Previous experience in a finance or accounts role
