We are seeking a hands-on, detail-oriented Production Operative to join our client's team in the assembly of precision components for motorsport and high-performance vehicles. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the manufacture of parts used in some of the most demanding automotive applications.
Experience is beneficial, but we value aptitude, dexterity, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic above all.
Key Responsibilities
Assemble components to exact technical specifications
Work with specialised tools and materials in a clean, detail-focused environment
Follow detailed procedures and quality standards to ensure product performance and safety
Collaborate with colleagues to meet production schedules and quality targets
Maintain a tidy and safety-conscious work areaIdeal Candidate Will Have:
Excellent manual dexterity and coordination
A natural aptitude for hands-on mechanical or craft work
Ability to understand and follow technical drawings and instructions
A positive, proactive attitude and commitment to quality
Good team communication and reliabilityDesirable (But Not Essential):
Interest in motorsport, automotive engineering, or high-performance vehicles
Basic mechanical knowledge
Previous experience in light mechanical assembly
