Part Time Database Administrator - 20 hours per week - Central London, NW1 - £30k pro rata
We are looking for a proactive and experienced Database Administrator, with good IT skills including working proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems, to join a membership organisation based in Central London on a permanent part time basis.
The Database Administrator will need to be highly organised, diligent, reliable and proactive. You will need strong PC/IT skills including MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint), CRM knowledge (experience of MS Dynamics / PowerBI is advantageous but not essential), good communication skills and a strong eye for detail and accuracy.
What’s on offer?
This is a part time role, working 20 hours per week. Our client is flexible on how the hours are worked Monday to Friday, so it could be 2.5 days per week or 4 hours each day. Please note that this is an office based position; a competitive salary, company pension and private medical insurance is on offer.

- General database administration duties
- Generating reports when required
- Maintaining and updating records
- Answering calls in a professional and personable manner, responding to questions and queries

- Basic accounts / invoicing administration

What we’re looking for:
- Previous Database Administrator experience in a busy and dynamic environment
- IT literate - proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel & PP) and knowledge/understanding of CRM databases
- Experience of MS Dynamics and/or PowerBI is advantageous
- Confident communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong customer service capabilities
- Organised with the ability to coordinate and prioritise competing tasks
- Proactive self-starter
- Reliable, diligent and conscientious
