The role
As a Sales Administrator, you’ll be the backbone of the sales team, handling day-to-day administration tasks to keep everything running efficiently. Your duties will include:
Processing orders accurately and ensuring timely delivery to customers
Preparing sales reports, spreadsheets, and customer documentation
Updating and maintaining the CRM with customer and order information
Supporting the sales team with quotes, follow-ups and general enquiries
Liaising with customers and suppliers to resolve any issues or queries

What we’re looking for
Previous experience in a sales administration, office support or similar role
Confident communicating with customers and colleagues
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
