Accounts / Reception Administrator | Onsite | Telford | £12.71 per hour | Temp to Perm
Seymour John are delighted to be supporting a friendly business based in Telford who are looking to recruit an Office Professional with experience in both Accounts and Reception.
This is a dual-role position, ideal for someone who enjoys variety. You will spend 2 days per week in the Accounts department and 3 days per week on Reception, meeting and greeting customers and supporting the smooth running of the office.
The Role
This position would suit someone who enjoys balancing numbers with people-facing responsibilities and thrives in a varied working environment.
Key Responsibilities
Accounts (2 days per week):

Managing customer accounts and chasing outstanding invoices

Checking and processing invoices
-
Adding invoices onto the system

Ensuring banking records are kept up to date

Supporting invoicing and general accounts administration
Reception & Administration (3 days per week):

Meeting and greeting customers face to face

Handling incoming phone calls and speaking with customers

Relaying messages accurately and efficiently

Offering refreshments to visitors

Ensuring the general office runs smoothly

Providing general administrative support

Previous experience in an accounts role
