What You'll Do:
As a Production Operative, you will play a vital role in our manufacturing process. Your contributions will directly impact the quality and flavour of our products. Here's what you can expect to be doing:
Operate and maintain production machinery to ensure efficiency and quality.
Accurately measure and mix ingredients according to recipes.
Monitor production processes and quality control standards to ensure the highest quality products.
Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines.
Keep the work area clean and organised, adhering to health and safety guidelines.

Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment is a plus, but not essential!

Full-time position with a rotating shift pattern : Working hours are 38.75 hrs per week on a 2 week rotating shift pattern (Week 1 - 5.45am - 2pm and Week 2 - 1.45pm - 10pm)
