Are you a dedicated individual with a passion for supporting children with Special Educational Needs and challenging behaviour? We are seeking an experienced Learning Support Assistant (LSA) for a KS2 year group in South East London on a long-term contract.
Experience:

Proven ability to work effectively with children with a range of Special Educational Needs, such as autism, ADHD, dyslexia, and emotional and behavioural difficulties

Confidence in managing and de-escalating challenging behaviours in a calm and supportive manner

Experience in implementing Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and supporting the differentiation of tasks to meet the diverse learning needs of students

Ability to collaborate with teachers, therapists, and external professionals to provide holistic support and ensure the overall well-being of the students.

Strong communication skills and the ability to provide academic and personal support to students
