Executive Assistant to Group CEO
š 6-Month Fixed Term Contract (Maternity Cover)
š° Salary: Ā£35,000 per annum (pro rata)

We're looking for an experienced and highly organised Personal / Executive Assistant to join our team on a 6-month fixed term contract, providing maternity cover. Reporting directly to the Group CEO, this is a key role supporting the Group CEO, Group Board and Executive Leadership Team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
š The Role
You'll deliver comprehensive executive support, including diary management, travel coordination and board administration. You'll also support Group-wide travel and hospitality arrangements and work alongside Corporate Marketing & Communications to help deliver Group events š¤āØ
This role requires professionalism, discretion and exceptional attention to detail.
š Key Responsibilities
š Handle sensitive commercial and personnel information with the highest level of confidentiality
š
Manage complex diaries, meetings, travel and accommodation (including international travel)
š Prepare, collate and circulate Board and Executive meeting papers accurately and on time
āļø Coordinate travel arrangements for staff, Board and Executive Leadership Team
š³ Manage credit card and cash expenses for the Chairman, Board and ELT
š Organise business events, committee meetings and Group hospitality, including catering
šØ Support the preparation of presentations for key meetings and events
š» Manage CEO and Group travel invoicing through the Company ERP system

Act as delegate for CEO approvals on internal systems
š Maintain effective filing and data retrieval systems
š¢ Ensure all internal and external communications present the organisation professionally
š¤ Carry out additional tasks as required by senior leadership
š¤ About You
You'll have at least three years' experience supporting senior executives and enjoy working in a busy, high-performing environment. You're proactive, adaptable and confident engaging with senior stakeholders.
You'll also bring:
š¬ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
š A flexible, solutions-focused approach to work
š Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
š Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including PowerPoint
š A customer-focused mindset and ability to act as a trusted advisor
š A minimum of five GCSEs (or equivalent)
š Willingness to travel to Group sites as required, with access to your own transport
