A skilled Mortgage/Administrator to join our expanding Financial Services & Mortgage Business in Borehamwood
This role is to provide general and financial administrative support to the team and clients where required.
This role requires a minimum of 18 months previous experience working within a similar role.
Therefore, good numeracy and literary skills are required, and it is essential you understand the Mortgage Process.
You will have a good understanding of financial processes, excellent PC skills (Word, Excel, and Outlook), strong administration and organisational skills, experience working with numbers, excellent attention to detail, be a quick learner, have a good telephone manner, and confidence to liaise with clients, able to work on your own initiative.
Main responsibilities include:
Ensuring the efficient running of the office
Using a range of software, including email, spreadsheets, and databases
Managing online and paper filing systems
Processing mortgage applications
Maintaining client data on our office CRM system
Conducting research and sourcing Mortgage products
Answering calls and responding to client and lender queries
Keeping clients and businesses up to date throughout the application process
Function as the key point of contact for all potential and current clients.
About yourself:
Experience: 2+ year (required) as a Mortgage Administrator, Mortgage Case Manager or Mortgage Paraplanner
Excellent numeracy, literacy, communication skills, and attention to detail
Be a quick learner, good telephone manner and confidence to liaise with clients
A working knowledge of mortgage & protection products
Open to learning and furthering your career within our mortgages & Financial Services team
