Key Responsibilities
Supporting students with SEN on a 1:1 or small‑group basis
Assisting the class teacher with tailored learning activities
Helping to create a positive, inclusive learning environment
Managing behaviour in a calm, supportive manner
Working closely with teachers, therapists and pastoral teams
What We're Looking For
Experience working with SEN (ASD, ADHD, SEMH, MLD, PMLD etc.)
A patient, resilient and empathetic approach
Strong communication and teamwork skills
A genuine interest in supporting young people
Availability for full‑time or part‑time work during school hours
