We are proud to be working with a three-form entry Primary school located in the London Borough of Havering. The school is looking for a SEN Teaching Assistant to work in the Hub supporting pupils with varying needs. Their needs include SALT, SEMH, Autism and ADHD. If you would like to work in an enriched environment as a SEN Teaching Assistant, then this is the school for you! As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will be required to provide both 1:1 and group support to children with varying SEN. The school strongly believes in preparing every child for their future.
Key Responsibilities:

Work as a SEN Teaching Assistant

Supporting young children with SEN
-
Assist in planning and implementing age-appropriate activities.

Work collaboratively as part of a team
-
Observe and assess children's progress, providing feedback to teachers and parents.

Provide feedback to pupils in relation to their progress and achievement.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent
-
Previous experience working in a Primary School
-
Experience working with children with SEN
-
Understanding of varying types of SEN
