Salary: £35,000 per annum
Location: Covering Devon, Somerset, and Dorset

Key Responsibilities
Carry out a variety of trade tasks including carpentry, plumbing, tiling, and general repairs.
Ensure all work meets high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
Respond to aftercare and warranty issues promptly and professionally.
Work independently and manage your schedule effectively across multiple sites.
What We're Looking For
Proven experience in multi-trade roles within construction or property maintenance.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Full UK driving licence.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
