Salary: £24,000 - £27,000 per annum

We are recruiting a motivated and reliable Production Operative to join an innovative and growing manufacturing business based in Clacton-on-Sea. The company designs and manufactures sustainable, fully recyclable products used in projects across the UK and is recognised for quality, innovation, and environmental responsibility.
This is a permanent opportunity to join a fast-paced production environment where safety, quality, and teamwork are core to daily operations.
Key Responsibilities of the Production Operative:
Accurately measure and cut materials to specification
Operate a range of production machinery
Use handheld devices, tablets, and internal software systems
Photograph jobs at required production stages
Load, stack, wrap, and palletise goods ready for dispatch
Maintain high housekeeping and cleanliness standards
Adhere to all health and safety procedures and wear required PPE
Report safety concerns, equipment faults, or process deviations promptly
