What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll support a property-focused team with day-to-day administration, helping to keep matters organised and running smoothly.
Your responsibilities will include:
· Preparing and formatting correspondence and documents
· Assisting with property-related paperwork and processes
· Proofreading documents and checking accuracy
· Supporting billing, invoicing, and basic finance administration
· Managing diaries, emails, and key deadlines
· Handling incoming calls and responding to enquiries
· Providing general administrative support across the team

This role is ideal for someone who already understands the property world, even if they’ve never worked in a law firm.
You may come from backgrounds such as:
· Estate agency or lettings
· Property management or block management
· House building or development
· Conveyancing administration (legal or non-legal)
· Surveying, housing associations, or property consultancy
· Property finance or mortgage administration
What’s essential:
· Hands-on experience in a property-related role
· Strong organisational and communication skills
· Confidence managing multiple tasks and deadlines
· Good attention to detail
· Comfortable using Microsoft Office and general IT systems
· A proactive, team-oriented mindset
Experience with Land Registry, SDLT, or legal documentation is helpful but not required, as training will be provided.
