About the Role
As a Production Operative, you’ll play an essential role in the manufacturing process, helping to keep production running smoothly and safely.
Your duties will include:

Operating and monitoring production and packing machinery

Carrying out basic quality and safety checks

Reporting any faults or issues promptly

Following strict health & safety and quality standards

Working as part of a close-knit team to meet production targets
What We’re Looking For

Previous experience in a manufacturing, production, or machine operating role (preferred but not essential – full training provided)

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Reliability and ability to work 12-hour shifts

A positive, team-focused attitude
Working Hours
You’ll work on a 4 on / 4 off shift pattern, giving you a consistent schedule and plenty of time off.

Day shifts: 6:00am – 6:00pm (four days on, then four days off)

Night shifts: 6:00pm – 6:00am (four nights on, then four nights off)
This rotating pattern offers a great work life balance and steady, predictable hours every week.
What You’ll Get
