Key Responsibilities:

Assisting with day-to-day finance tasks, including invoicing, purchase ledger, and payroll support

Supporting HR administration, including employee records, contracts, and onboarding

Maintaining accurate financial and HR documentation

Assisting with month-end processes

Handling confidential information in line with company policies

Supporting the wider team with general administrative duties
Requirements:

Previous experience in a finance and/or HR support role

Strong organisational and administrative skills

Good attention to detail and accuracy
-
Confident using Microsoft Office (especially Excel)

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Excellent communication skills
