Labourer
Location: Leyland
Pay: £16 per hour
Hours: Full-time

We are currently looking for a reliable Labourer to join our team working on domestic social housing properties in and around Leyland.
This is a full-time position offering steady work and competitive hourly pay.
Key Responsibilities:
Assisting skilled trades on occupied and void social housing properties
General labouring duties including loading/unloading materials
Keeping work areas clean, tidy, and safe
Basic strip-out, clearance, and site preparation works
Supporting day-to-day maintenance and refurbishment tasksRequirements:
Previous labouring experience (social housing experience preferred but not essential)
Good work ethic and reliability
Ability to work in tenants’ homes professionally and respectfully
CSCS card preferred
Full UK driving licence desirableWhat We Offer:
