We are currently recruiting experienced NHS Pathway Tracker.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct daily reviews of the Patient Tracking List with administrative teams
Communicate and escalate required actions to operational management and clinical teams
Engage effectively with patients to support appointment scheduling and pathway progressionRequirements:
Previous NHS experience is essential
Proven ability to work independently and hit the ground running in a fast-paced environment
Strong organisational and communication skillsAssignment Details:
Ongoing assignment until 31 March 2026
Hybrid working available 1-2 days per week working from home
