Description
Assist with the preparation and processing of invoices and payments
Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and update accounting systems
Support in reconciling bank statements and resolving discrepancies
Assist in preparing financial reports and documentation for internal and external use
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies
Provide administrative support to the Accounting & Finance department
Respond to queries from clients and internal stakeholders regarding financial matters
Contribute to process improvements and efficiency initiatives within the departmentProfile
The successful Accounts Assistant should have:
A solid understanding of basic accounting principles and financial systems
Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Office applications
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
