We have a great opportunity for an accomplished Customer Service Co-Ordinator to join our clients welcoming team. As a Customer Service Co-Ordinator, you will be supporting customers with property related queries, ensuring systems are updated and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders. The role is full-time, working 8am until 5pm Monday to Friday.

RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Customer Service Co-Ordinator your key duties will be to:

Handle customer calls professionally and efficiently, ensuring compliance with processes, while meeting the needs of vulnerable customers.

Ensure accurate information is collected and coordinated to meet the required SLAs for repairs.

Deal with any complaints positively, identifying shortfalls in service delivery and rectifying.

Maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders such as managers and trade colleagues.
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
To be considered for the role of Customer Service Co-Ordinator, you must have:

Proven experience within an administrative, scheduling or customer service role

Excellent communication skills, over the phone and via email

Strong organisational skills

Proficient user of Microsoft packages including as Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams
