Involve Recruitment (Midlands) Ltd are once again working alongside a progressive, well establish and customer focused company in the heart of Wolverhampton for a Customer Service Advisor
This role is apart of a busy and vibrant team, lead by THE BEST Customer Service Management team!
The initial contract will be a 12 month fixed term covering maternity HOWEVER they have won a big contract which starts next year so apply yourself and you could 100% obtain a permanent contract!
The role is very much looking after the customer accounts from start to finish!
Salary - £25,000
Working hours - Monday to Thursday 9-5, Fridays 8.30-4.30
Daily duties include:
· Provide excellent customer support via phone and email to resolve customer inquiries
· Collaborate with internal and external depts such as Warehouse, Operations, Procurement
· Processing orders, logo creation on system and deliveries to meet SLA’s
· Co-ordinate samples with customer and creative team
· Shopify - Ecommerce Activities
· Processing of customer returns and refunds
Previous experience in a customer service role is required along with knowledge of Microsoft Office and a huge bonus of Shopify
