PERSONAL ASSISTANT
An exciting one-month temporary opportunity providing sick cover for one of the world’s leading broadcasters. This role supports senior stakeholders with diary management, meeting coordination, and high-level administrative support in a fast-paced media environment. Hybrid working is offered. Ideal candidates will have a minimum of three years’ experience as a Personal or Executive Assistant within the media and entertainment industry.
PERSONAL ASSISTANT ROLE:
Managing back-to-back diaries for a head of department
Managing inboxes by flagging priorities and responding on behalf of stakeholders
Coordinating travel arrangements
Managing expenses, invoicing and associated processes
Assisting with projects and events
Managing internal filing systems
Managing internal CRM systems
Communicating clearly and effectively in a diverse environment, both verbally and in writing PERSONAL ASSISTANT ESSENTIALS:
Having a minimum of three years’ experience as a personal or executive assistant within the media and entertainment or creative industries
Being immediately available to start
Bringing experience supporting teams within a large, global organisation
Demonstrating strong proficiency in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
