Guildford, with free parking or a Shuttle bus from Guildford train station
Job Type:
Temporary for 3 months with possibility to become Permanent for the right person.
Full-Time, Mon - Friday - 8am - 4pm / 9:30am - 5:30pm (shift on a weekly rotation)Salary:
Temp £14 - £15ph (doe) Perm: £29,900 - £32,000 per annum
Your Role:
As a Receptionist, you will be the welcoming face of our client's office, ensuring a high standard of service for visitors and staff alike. Your responsibilities will include:
Answering and directing incoming calls with a smile.
Greeting and registering visitors to the office.
Managing incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
Maintaining a tidy reception area and stock control of office supplies.
Handling staff accommodation logistics and creating welcome packs.
Providing ad-hoc assistance to clients and colleagues.
Additional Responsibilities:
Booking worldwide travel, including visas and accommodation.
Coordinating client meetings and training courses, including catering.
Supporting event bookings and welcoming clients to annual meetings.
What You Bring:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
Good A-Levels (or equivalent) in Maths and English.
Strong proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
The ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
A proactive problem-solving approach and keen attention to detail.
A willingness to assist clients and colleagues in achieving company goals.
