M4 Recruitment is recruiting for a reliable and hands-on Machine Operator / Production Operative to join a well-established manufacturing site based in Swindon. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a production environment and is happy with afternoon and late evening shifts.
Please Note: Due to the working hours and no public transport operating at this time, own transport is essential for this role.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday (14:00 – 00:00)
Key Responsibilities:

Operating production and manufacturing machinery safely and efficiently

Monitoring machine performance and reporting any faults or issues

Carrying out quality checks to ensure products meet required standards

Packing, labelling, and preparing products for dispatch

Following all health & safety and company procedures

Keeping the work area clean, tidy, and organised

Supporting the wider production team to meet daily targets
What We’re Looking For
-
Previous experience as a Machine Operator or Production Operative (preferred but not essential)

A reliable and hardworking attitude with good attention to detail

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Willingness to learn and follow processes

Own transport essential due to shift times

Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling tasks
