We are looking for a creative all-rounder with a sharp eye for design and a passion for digital marketing. The successful candidate will work towards a Digital Marketing (level 6) Apprenticeship, which will be completed within 20% off the job training. You will be confident creating visual content across email, social media, and print, and comfortable managing multiple projects at once. You should enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, be proactive in bringing ideas to life, and take pride in producing polished, on-brand materials - whether that’s a campaign graphic, a branded giveaway, or a social post captured live at an event.
Job Responsibilities
Design & Asset Creation

Produce high-quality PDFs, flyers, brochures, and other digital and print materials.

Design graphics for use across social media, print, and emails.

Create visuals for branded merchandise such as bags, handouts, and giveaways.
Email Marketing

Create, schedule, and manage email campaigns.

Design graphics and layouts for email communications.

Analyse campaign performance and report on key metrics.
Social Media Management

Manage and schedule posts across all social media platforms.

Capture and create visual content at events and exhibitions.

Monitor engagement and performance, providing insights and recommendations.
Skills Required:

Experience with email marketing platforms desired.

Proficiency in design tools such as Canva, Adobe Illustrator, or Photoshop desired.

Strong understanding of social media platforms and content creation.

Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.

Comfortable attending events and capturing live content.

Experience designing for print and branded merchandise is a plus.
