Wolviston Management services are delighted to be supporting our amazing client in their search for an experienced Mixing Operative with a FLT Licence for their manufacturing site in North Yorkshire
The Role
You will play a key role across the manufacturing and packaging operation, supporting day-to-day production activities while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety and hygiene.
Key Responsibilities
Operate across all stages of the manufacturing and packaging process
Carry out manual handling tasks safely, lifting between 5kg-25kg
Operate a counterbalance forklift to collect and transport materials for mixing
Maintain a clean, safe and hygienic working environment at all times
Take ownership of your designated work area, ensuring excellent housekeeping standards
Uphold product quality in line with strict food safety and hygiene regulations About You
Essential
Fluent in spoken and written English
Hold a valid FLT Counterbalance licence
Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow written procedures accurately Desirable
Computer literate
Previous experience within manufacturing or food production environments Personal Attributes
A proactive team player with a positive attitude
Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced production environment What's on Offer
