What you’ll be doing:

Making outbound calls to B2B customers to discuss accounts and agree on suitable payment solutions

Delivering a professional service that balances customer and business needs

Handling inbound B2B calls to resolve account queries

Taking secure payments over the phone

Updating customer accounts with all activity
What we’re looking for
-
Background in outbound calling, sales, customer service, credit control or similar phone-based role
-
Experienced making B2B calls and has a professional telephone manner

Customer-focused approach with a proven record of delivering great service

Comfortable using Microsoft Office and CRM systems
-
Strong communication skills and a positive, solutions-focused mindset
