Key Responsibilities

Support daily back-of-house operations, ensuring smooth workplace functionality

Manage deliveries, post, storage areas, and stock replenishment

Assist with meeting room setup, breakdowns, and equipment preparation

Ensure back-of-house areas remain organised, clean, and compliant with safety standards

Coordinate with front-of-house, facilities, and service teams to resolve issues quickly

Support office moves, desk setups, and internal logistics

Handle waste management and recycling processes

Provide support for workplace events and corporate functions as required

Maintain records, inventories, and service documentation
Skills & Experience Required

Experience in back-of-house, facilities, hospitality, or corporate support roles

Highly organised with strong attention to detail

Professional manner and excellent communication skills

Ability to manage physical tasks such as lifting, moving equipment, and room setup
