Homes2Inspire are looking for a passionate and experienced *Registered Children’s Home Manager* to lead our welcoming home in *Hatch Beauchamp*, an established service rated *Good by Ofsted (June 2025)*. The home provides care and accommodation for up to *three young people aged 10–17*, both male and female.

The home is spacious and homely, offering a calm environment where young people can thrive. *What You’ll Be Doing:*
* Leading the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring high standards of care and compliance.
* Inspiring and developing a passionate staff team.
* Building strong relationships with local services, schools, and community partners.
* Embedding therapeutic care practices and maintaining a positive culture.
* Managing safeguarding, health and safety, and all operational aspects.
* Working closely with the Responsible Individual and wider strategic partners to shape the home’s future.

*What You’ll Bring:*
* Level 5 qualification in Leadership & Management in Residential Childcare (or willingness to work towards it).
* At least two years’ recent experience in a supervisory or management role within a registered children’s home.
* Strong leadership and team-building skills.
* A solid understanding of legislation and Ofsted regulations.
* A full UK driving licence.
