*Key Responsibilities:*
* Ordering drinks and consumables
* Cellar management
* Running busy shifts and leading by example
* Opening and closing the venue
* Training and mentoring staff
* Assisting with the operation of a multi-faceted venue, including Monty’s and Upstairs

*What we’re looking for:*
* Supervisory experience in a bar or hospitality environment
* Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team
* Ability to work evenings, weekends, and late nights
* Excellent organisational and communication skills
* A hands-on approach with your team
* Collaboration with other venue management to drive sales, standards, and implementation of new systems and procedures
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From £12.50 per hour
Expected hours: 32 – 45 per week
