Due to on-going business expansion ILS Ltd, based in Heathfield East Sussex, are seeking enthusiastic and hard-working Class 1 (C) driver to join our team delivering and collecting for the biggest European pallet network, Palletways..
Responsibilities:
* Willing to learn local geographical knowledge
* Deliver curb-side palletised goods, anything from 10-14 drops per day.
* Collection of customers pallets, back to the depot.
* Professionally interact with customers.
* Complete daily maintenance checks on the vehicle and report any issues
* Administration ability to manage and maintain delivery and collection paperwork.
* Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times.
Experience Required:
* Ideally, at least one 1-year multidrop experience required
* Ability to manage time and routes for a streamlined delivery experience
* Ability and knowledge of lifting and handling procedures
* Work well independently using initiative and common sense
* Open and transparent communication verbal and written
* Familiarity with GPS devices / able to read a map
Pay, benefits and more:
We are offering a salary of £40,000 per annum depending on experience, 4 weeks paid holiday plus 8 days bank holidays. We also offer a company pension plan

The role is full time, primarily Monday to Friday and is a permanent position with a shift time of approximately 10 hrs per day, although this depends on the needs of the business. We also require you to work one Saturday in every four
