We’re recruiting for a Customer Service Sales Advisor to join the Operations team at a well established fuel distribution Company in Elgin. This is an office based, temp to perm opportunity supporting the Depot Manager and assisting with the smooth day to day running of depot operations.
The role combines customer service, sales support and operational administration, working closely with internal teams to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and high service standards.
Key Responsibilities:

Assisting with operational paperwork and general administration

Supporting routing, delivery manifests and stock reconciliation

Working closely with the transport team regarding drivers’ hours, vehicle repairs and maintenance

Preparing daily reports and managing drivers’ timesheets

Booking ferries and accommodation for drivers when required

Making call-backs and updating customers on their orders

Providing excellent customer service and sales support

Helping maintain high standards of accuracy and efficiency

Previous experience in customer service, administration, operations or logistics is preferred
